Retreat versus Regret

You know the phrase “better be safe than sorry!” right? Well, it is certainly applicable in certain situations in life, like moving in traffic or climbing a mountain. But when it comes to our inner life I want you to do some sound investigating here.

There are those who keep it all safe, never risk themselves, always hesitating, doubting and assuming the worst. The payoff is safety, temporarily. Until one day destiny takes it away anyway – you know what I mean. Playing it safe has a price. You pay with your aliveness. And on your tomb stone it will be written: “Played it safe!”

Is that what inspires you? Is that what gets you out of bed in the morning passionately loving to live your day? Isn’t the aliveness of our children and the light in their eyes showing us undebatable what aliveness looks like? Do you remember the feeling?

What happened?

You started to play it safe. And no one told you that you will have to pay with your aliveness.

I am telling you now.

And I am also telling you that you can reverse this process. You can become fully alive again. Because if you don’t you will die with a heart full of regret. Not that you regret your mistakes, but you will regret having traded your aliveness for safety. Psychological safety!

For reactivating your aliveness you need to retreat! Retreat means you let go of steaming forward in the same old way. Retreat means you take time to restore your original nature with which you were born. You start a journey back into your true Self.

On this journey you will need to dive into your underworld and meet your shadows, your fears, your ignorance, your lies. All these have developed during the decades of you having lived an untrue life, a compromised life, a conforming existence.

I can help you meeting your shadows and bringing them into the light. There they transform into powers of creation and love.

Now you will feel much better and stronger, but you still don’t know where to go as an authentic Self. To find your purpose, your destiny, you need to visit your soul. Your soul knows. And only your soul knows.

I can help you there too. I developed a way that allows you to travel into your soul space and extract the answers to your most essential questions: Who am I? What am I here for? What is my purpose?

Wouldn’t this make sense? That’s why I say: retreat versus regret. You can’t change the past, but you can change the future.

With love, ❤ Marc
